Shipping & Pick Up Policy
We’re happy to offer flat rate shipping on all orders up to 5 lbs—that’s more than 20 bags of our treats delivered right to your door at one simple rate. Whether you're stocking up for your pup or sharing with friends, you can save on shipping without worrying about surprise fees.
If you're local, we also offer free pickup in Coquitlam—a great option if you want to skip shipping altogether and get your treats faster. You'll receive pickup instructions at checkout and via email once your order is ready.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want your pup to love every bite! That’s why we offer free sample packs so your dog can try our treats before you commit to a full order—just cover the shipping if you're not local to Coquitlam.
Because we offer the chance to try before you buy, we don’t currently accept returns or exchanges. However, we know dogs can be picky sometimes—and that’s okay!
